Erik Locke

Chief Executive

Erik joined Incolink as Chief Executive in mid-November 2019. He brings over 20 years of leadership experience gained in the private sector, union movement and politics. He has worked as a Chief of Staff in three jurisdictions, held senior management public relations roles and has been a senior party official, as well as working in the investment banking sector in the United Kingdom. Erik sits on the Board of Andrew Denton’s charity, Go Gentle Australia, and played an influential role in the marriage equality postal survey. 

Niall Keane

Chief Financial Officer 

Niall joined Incolink in 2014 as CFO and has made a significant mark managing the group’s financial functions and investment portfolio.  Niall has broad financial services and funds management experience having held senior roles with organisations in Australia and Ireland. Prior to joining Incolink, Niall was Chief Financial Officer at boutique fund manager Perennial Investment Partners. Niall is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and is a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Tri Nguyen

General Counsel & Company Secretary

Tri is a highly experienced corporate lawyer who joined Incolink in 2016. Reporting to our Chief Executive and Board, Tri manages the significant portfolios of legal, risk, human resources, governance and compliance. His diverse legal, commercial and people management expertise makes him a key contributor to the development and implementation of Incolink’s strategic objectives and long-term vision.

Patricia McCourt

General Manager Member Wellbeing & Support Services

Patricia has headed our Member Wellbeing & Support Services team since 2015. She is an experienced and collaborative leader who thrives in a high performance culture, helping teams to deliver on organisational strategic direction. Patricia is an influential people manager who motivates others to achieve their potential and leads by example. Patricia has executive and board level expertise with particular skills in business and administration process development, implementation and continuous improvement; member based organisations and implementing innovative wellbeing initiatives.
