Dan O'Brien

Chief Executive

Dan has been Incolink’s Chief Executive since 2014. Dan is a skilled leader who understands the complexities of managing a membership-based community organisation with multiple stakeholders in a politically sensitive environment. Dan’s ability to manage these competing demands is matched by his ability to maintain the focus of the leadership team to collectively deliver on strategy. Dan is a great believer in hearing all sides of an issue and resolving differences through transparency and collaboration.

Dan has previously held a range of key leadership positions across both Government and Corporate sectors, including: General Manager of Corporate Affairs for Medibank Private; the Deputy Secretary for the Department of Regional Australia, Local Government, Arts and Sport; Chief of Staff to the Premier of Victoria, the Honourable John Brumby; and, Chief Executive of Regional Development Victoria.

Niall Keane

Chief Financial Officer 

Niall joined Incolink in 2014 as CFO and has made a significant mark managing the group’s financial functions and investment portfolio.  Niall has broad financial services and funds management experience having held senior roles with organisations in Australia and Ireland. Prior to joining Incolink, Niall was Chief Financial Officer at boutique fund manager Perennial Investment Partners. Niall is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and is a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Tri Nguyen

General Counsel & Company Secretary

Tri is a highly experienced corporate lawyer who joined Incolink in 2016. Reporting to our Chief Executive and Board, Tri manages the significant portfolios of legal, risk, human resources, governance and compliance. His diverse legal, commercial and people management expertise makes him a key contributor to the development and implementation of Incolink’s strategic objectives and long-term vision.

Claire Hayes

General Manager Member Experience

Claire joined Incolink in 2017 to lead our Member Experience team. Claire has significant expertise delivering digital transformation programs for large, issues-rich organisations. Claire’s experience includes strategy, project management, change management, IT systems specification and selection, business case development, operating model development, cost reduction and revenue management, and operational transformation. She is a capable and influential leader who is passionate about finding innovative solutions to legacy problems. Claire has particular expertise in digital customer experience strategy which is a core aspect of Incolink’s growth objectives.

Adam Cusack

General Manager Member Experience

Adam joined Incolink in March 2018 and is progressing the digital and operational transformations whilst Claire Hayes is on parental leave. Adam is a trusted specialist in customer experience and transformation program delivery with demonstrable experience across strategy, design, implementation, and operational leadership. Adam is a strategic practitioner, with years of experience working across retail, banking, insurance, and energy organisations. Adam has a track record of successful program delivery, always underpinned by a strong focus on change management and building internal capability. A true believer in the value of design and needs based solutions methodologies to deliver member and organisational outcomes. He is an adept intrapreneur, influencer, communicator and builder of effective and collaborative teams in complex periods of change.

Kevin Lillie

General Manager Marketing & Business Development

Kevin joined Incolink in 2017 to lead our Marketing and Business Development team and brings significant executive-level expertise to the organisation. Kevin’s core accountabilities include management of external agencies and suppliers, as well as developing and implementing the marketing strategy, brand positioning and integrated communications planning and execution. Business development is focused on managing relationships with employer members, identifying growth opportunities for Incolink within Victoria and the delivery of Incolink’s growth strategy for Tasmania.

Patricia McCourt

General Manager Member Wellbeing & Support Services

Patricia has headed our Member Wellbeing & Support Services team since 2015. She is an experienced and collaborative leader who thrives in a high performance culture, helping teams to deliver on organisational strategic direction. Patricia is an influential people manager who motivates others to achieve their potential and leads by example. Patricia has executive and board level expertise with particular skills in business and administration process development, implementation and continuous improvement; member based organisations and implementing innovative wellbeing initiatives.
