CONDITIONS OF USE FOR EMPLOYERS AND WORKERS

Welcome to Incolink’s online services.  These services both participating employers and registered workers to access information in electronic format online.

This service will enable - 

 

  • Employers – to view and download their provisional monthly invoice (instead of waiting for its delivery by mail); and
     
  • Workers – to view and download their benefit statement (which records movements in their Worker’s Account and which is distributed to workers in hard copy quarterly).

Conditions of Use for Members – Incolink Website

Welcome to Incolink’s online services to assist participating employee members’ access to their Benefit Statements Online.  This site will provide you with the ability to view your Benefit Statement in relation to your member account via the internet.

The following terms and conditions apply to all users of this site and you are requested to ready them carefully and agree to their content prior to using the service.

1.      Connecting to the Incolink Website

You are responsible for providing all equipment and software browsers necessary to establish a connection to the worldwide web, pay any telephone service and internet service provider fees associated with such access.

2.      Incolink will not be liable to you

You expressly agree that use of this Website and the online services is at your sole risk.  You must not rely upon any information provided via the Website unless you have received separate written confirmation from Incolink.  Incolink updates the Website and associated databases periodically/regularly, however, Incolink makes no representations as to the accuracy, currency or completeness of any of the information or services on this Website, nor can Incolink guarantee availability of the Website.

You are responsible for preventing any unauthorised use of, or access to, your Incolink account or online services.  You must promptly examine your written statement from us.  If you discover any discrepancies between your statement and your account, or if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or online services, your must contact us immediately.

You will be required to insert your Membership Number and a password which will be provided by Incolink to you, and which must be kept secure and confidential.  You agree to notify us of any address changes to ensure we maintain correct information for your account.  You hereby indemnify Incolink from any liability or expense fro use or misuse of the Website or online services by your, or in relation to your account or online services, including in relation to any communication which you upload to the Website. 

4.      We may terminate your access to Website

We may terminate your access to the Website or online services at any time.  In particular, if we believe that:

  • your use of the Website or online services is inappropriate,
  • your use of the Website or online services is in breach of any law,
  • you have not complied with these terms, or
  • users other than yourself have accessed your account,

than we may (in our absolute discretion) warn you by e-mail, or suspend your access to the Website with or without notice.


5.      Ownership of materials

Unless otherwise indicated, Incolink owns all copyright in the material on the Website.  All registered or unregistered trademarks used on the Website are the property of their respective owners.
