As part of the Incolink Personal Accident Insurance, Incolink members and their immediate families ( spouse and dependent children) may be entitled to dental accident benefits of loss of one or more teeth or full capping of teeth up to $2250 per accident or partial capping of teeth up to $1250 per accident, which have resulted from an accident (in leisure time only).
