To obtain all the benefits offered, an employee must work for an employer who is part of an agreement that includes them paying money into the redundancy fund on the employee’s behalf.

If you are an employer of workers on a commercial construction site in Victoria you will be required to make redundancy contribution payments to Incolink; if you are sub-contracting, a sole trader or a partnership your redundancy contributions to Incolink will be determined by if you are required to contribute to Incolink on behalf of your employees.
