Incolink provides access to a wide range of services to develop members' careers. These include a free employment service, training advice and assistance for out of trade apprentices. They also provide services and assistance to help employer members looking for workers. Specific services include:

Training
Incolink is not a training provider, but can often arrange access to training opportunities and programs that help improve workers long-term employment prospects. In some cases assistance a contribution towards the cost of training may also be available, this can be confirmed by contacting the Member Services Department. Advice is also available for workers, employed as tradespersons but not formally qualified, to help gain their trade recognition.
