Industry Liaison Officer

The Industry Liaison Officer plays an important role for members, providing assistance across a range of areas, including providing advice and assistance with issues on insurance, uncertainty about payment matters and in instances where something has not gone as expected with a claim or a payment.

Operating across the State, the Industry Liaison Officer provides one-on-one assistance face-to-face or by phone, as well as addressing groups of members on construction sites about matters relating to their rights and responsibilities. He often travels with a counsellor or a superannuation adviser to make the most of regional visits around Victoria.

The Industry Liaison Officer can be contacted directly if there are queries in understanding their responsibilities regarding the funds or other issues about payments.

The officer works closely with the OH&S managers of Victorian construction companies to provide the required service to members. He is available Monday to Friday, between 8.00am and 5.00pm.
