This service is provided free of charge to registered Incolink employers.
I am an Employer registered with Incolink; do I automatically gain access to EmployerLink?
No. To access EmployerLink you will need to register online or contact the help desk support team on 03 9639 3000 or 1800 33 77 89* during business hours.
How do I apply for EmployerLink?
Simply register online or contact Incolink on 03 9639 3000 or 1800 33 77 89* during business hours.
Why should I use EmployerLink?
By connecting to EmployerLink you will be able to update member contributions online, add new members or terminate existing members, finalise and pay invoices via Bpay or Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) and print receipts online once your payment has been processed by Incolink.
How do I obtain a receipt once my payment is made?
Once payment has been received and processed by Incolink you can log on to EmployerLink and print a receipt.
When can I use the EmployerLink Service?
The employer Link service is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week; however, the help desk is only available during business hours.
Must I be connected to the internet to use EmployerLink?
Yes. The EmployerLink system is only available via the internet.
Do I require an email address to use EmployerLink?
Yes. The EmployerLink system requires a business specific email address to enable us to communicate with you.

What happens if I forget my employer number or password?
If you have misplaced your employer number, you will need to contact the help desk during business hours. If you forget your password, you may retrieve it online by accessing the "Forgot your Password" page. The password will then be sent to your registered email address.
Does EmployerLink support document uploads like a MS Excel spreadsheet?
No. The system does not support document uploads such as an Excel spreadsheet.
