Incolink is managed by people who understand the commercial building and construction industry.

Our ten-member Board comprises an independent Chairman, an Executive Director and equal numbers of employer and union representatives. Advisory Committees are drawn from key industry groups also provides specialist advice and assistance to the Board. Incolink works hard to protect the interests of members.

	David Murden, Chairman Sadly, Mr David Murden AM passed away on Thursday 2 June 2011 in Melbourne, the Board hope to appoint a new Chairman in the near future.
	John Glasson, Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director John has been Executive Director and Secretary since 1989. He became Incolink Chief Executive Officer in 1993. He is a non-voting Director.
	Brian Boyd Brian has been a Director since 1992. He is the Secretary of the Victorian Trades Hall Council and Convenor of the Building Industry Group of Unions (BIG).
	David Eynon David has been a Director since 2008.  He is Executive Director of the Air Conditioning and Mechanical Contractors' Association (AMCA) of Australia.
	Bill Oliver Bill has been a Director since 2006. He is Secretary of the Construction and General Division of the Construction, Forestry, Mining and Energy Union (CFMEU) Victorian Branch.
	Don Ravida Don has been a Director since 2006. He is Managing Director of Ravida Group, and a former president of the Master Builders Association of Victoria (MBAV).
	Earl Setches Earl has been a Director since 2002. He is National Secretary of the  Plumbing Division of the Communications, Electrical and Plumbing union (CEPU).
	Tommy Watson Tommy has been a Director since 2002. He is Assistant Secretary of the Construction and General Division of the Construction Forestry Mining and Energy Union (CFMEU) Victorian Branch.
	Brian Welch Brian has been a Director since 1998. He is Executive Director of the Master Builders Association of Victoria (MBAV).
	Robert Whitwell Robert has been a Director since 2002. He is Managing Director of the Whitwell Group trading as Project Development Consultants and is a past President of the Master Builders Association of Victoria (MBAV).
