The range of services being offered to Incolink members by the Member Services Depatment include training and careers advice, job search assistance, apprentice support, financial, personal, drug and alcohol counselling and chaplaincy. These services provide a valuable safety net for members and their families in the construction industry.

Apprenticeships An apprenticeship is a way to learn skills and gain a qualification while you are working.	Apprentice Support Workers Incolink's Apprentice Support Workers offer a free confidential support and referral service to apprentices and young workers to ensure they are equipped to deal with workplace, trade school and personal pressures and difficulties.
Apprentices and Redundancy If you work in the commercial building and construction industry and your employer provides us with the days you work on these sites, or is paying Incolink Redundancy contributions, you will receive a Quarterly Member Benefit Statement.	Apprentice Claims If you work in the commercial building and construction industry you may be eligible to make an Incolink claim.
Other Incolink Benefits Apprentices receiving Incolink may also be eligible for the Building and Construction Industry Accident and Illness Benefits Program.	Incolink Life Care Life Care is a service provided by Incolink to support apprentices and young people throughout Victoria in the building and construction industry
